dssi4cs manual entries

Andres Cabrera-3
Hi,
I've made the dssi4cs manual entries, but somehow they seem to link OK
from the main page, but they are not linked when you are in the dssi4cs
chapter... also probably related, the html files generated are called
things like:
re01.html
I can't figure out what's wrong....

Cheers,
Andres

Never mind. It's fixed. I've also added entries for vrandh, vrandi and
vcopy_i, but couldn't find docs for vdel_k.

vdel_k is already included with the documentation of delayk.
Both are delay opcodes for k-rate signals, the difference is
that vdel_k allows variable delay time.

vdel_k is documented in delayk -- but may not have an index entry

Re: dssi4cs manual entries

OK, I thought it might be part of the vectorial opcodes... It should
have an entry, though, otherwise you never know it exists...
