Looking more closely this is not used internally and was written by
Istvan in 2005, but never documented and not used internally. We
could document it or delete it.., as I am assuming that no one uses
it. Spec is "an i-rate version (of ngoto) that ALWAYS jumps at
p-time". Anyone know what it is for? Is it useful? Certainly an
unclear name.
