butterbr doc typo (?)

The butterbr example at
http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/butterbr.html has this line:

abr  butterbr asig, 3000, 2000 ;cutting 2000 to 5000 Hz

Shouldn't that comment read "2000 to 4000 Hz" ? Or do I not understand
correctly?

I think it should be 3000 +/- (2000)/2 so 2000-4000
