I like to tap rhythms, so I made a csd file that records the timing and volume info to be played back by another instrument. It uses a microphone input.
The possibilities are numerous: trigger drums, notes or chords by the tapped rhythm.
Here is a simple csd that shows this.
(note: the saved table does nothing now, but this could be used to load into another instrument and played back - see attached loadTable.csd)
