I've updated the manual at:

I've managed to get about half of Istvan's documentation that he
submitted in and a few other things for this release. I've added a
ChangeLog to the project so it should make it easier to see what's
new.
I have a number of emails and other files from Istvan left to do, but
didn't have time to get to all of them for this release. This took
quite some time to do, so if others are interested, please feel free
to join in. =)
