[Csnd] problems with 6.09 and multithreading

Hi,

I realised a problem with 6.09 with multithreading. I tried to run a csd with the -j 2 option and got the following error message:
(I had to kill it)

I fixed this already, but maybe that was not applied to the develop branch, only to the 6.09.1 release branch.

It uses perfThread with API
