[Csnd] compile-time optimizations?

;)-
hi community! here is my question: when building csound from the source
code, what (additional) compile-time optimizations are good for
improving csound performance?

my box is athlon running linux. currently i build csound with the same
set of compiler flags that i used for building entire system:

-O3
-march=athlon
-mmmx
-m3dnow
-fomit-frame-pointer
-s
-m128bit-long-double

your opinions, suggestions, additions? i'm interested in information
either about csound 4.x and csound5 since i still use both of them.

thanx in advance.
