Cecilia4 need CSound and is becoming obsolete. Cecilia5 need Pyo and there is an Windows version: http://code.google.com/p/cecilia5/downloads/list

I cannot see why you want to compile it yourself...

In both cases, you don't need to build Cecilia...

For Cecilia4, you just need to install Csound 5.12, for Cecilia5, install pyo 0.6.0.

After that, you can checkout cecilia's sources on googlecode and run:

python Cecilia(5).py
